AI Receptionist

An AI receptionist that answers your phone, chat and WhatsApp

Every call answered in your business name, any hour. Bookings go straight into your calendar, missed callers get a message back, and anything tricky lands with your team.

The problem

Calls arrive when you're busy.

With a customer, on a job, at lunch. The caller doesn't leave a voicemail. They try the next business.

Phone is only one channel.

The same people also message on WhatsApp and your website, and someone has to answer those too.

A full-time receptionist is a big

cost for a business that gets a few dozen calls a day.

How it works

  1. A caller rings your existing number. The AI receptionist answers in your business name, in the voice you chose.
  2. It answers questions from your own information: hours, prices, services, location, policies.
  3. If they want an appointment, it checks your Google Calendar and books the slot.
  4. If they ask for a person or need something it can’t handle, it takes the details and hands over. Your team sees it in the Inbox under “Needs you”, with the full transcript.
  5. If a call is missed or drops, an automation sends the caller a WhatsApp or SMS message so the lead doesn’t go cold.
  6. Every call shows up with its outcome, duration, language and transcript, and Analytics tracks answer and resolution rates over time.

FAQ

Does it sound robotic?

You choose from 13 built-in voices, or premium ElevenLabs voices with your own key. Realtime voice gives the most natural, fastest replies, and you can tune how quickly it responds and whether callers can interrupt.

Can I keep my current number?

Yes, if it's with Twilio, Telnyx, Plivo or Exotel.

Can it book appointments?

Yes. Connect Google Calendar and it books straight into your diary.

What happens when it can't answer?

It hands the conversation to your team in the Inbox and can open a ticket for a call-back.

Does it work outside office hours?

Yes. That's when most businesses see the biggest difference.
